Requirements for the design of the article
Articles in Ukrainian or English are accepted for publication in the collection. Annotations of articles are submitted in Ukrainian and English.
The articles submitted by the authors must meet the content of the collection and the requirements for the publication of scientific articles.
According to the Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine dated 15.01.2003 № 7-05/1, the text of the article must be structured in the following sections: introduction, presentation of the main material, conclusions, namely:
Introduction
Formulation of the problem. The current state of the problem, its connection with important scientific and practical tasks, urgency and directions of its solution are described.
Analysis of recent research and publications. The known theoretical and practical results which have been received by other authors in the given direction, with references to their works are specified. For example: "In [3, 5-9] methods are described that allow to consider…".
The purpose of the article is to present the main idea of this publication, to improve, supplement or deepen already known approaches. The purpose of the article follows from the problem statement and analysis of recent research and publications on the research topic.
Presentation of the main material
The main provisions and results of scientific research, personal ideas, patterns, connections, trends, description of the experiment, methods of obtaining and analyzing factual material, the author's personal contribution to achieving and implementing the main conclusions, etc. are covered.
Conclusions
Conclusions should contain a summary of the results of solving a scientific problem (task), obtained in the process of analysis of selected material, evaluation and generalization. It is necessary to emphasize their independence, novelty, theoretical and (or) applied value, focusing on quantitative indicators of the obtained results.
Attention is paid to the introduction into scientific circulation of new facts, conclusions, recommendations, patterns or clarifications of previously known, but insufficiently studied. Information on the reliability and novelty of the results obtained in the process of scientific research is indicated, on the basis of which new theoretical approaches, regularities and ways of their application for specific practical needs are established.
First of all, materials are accepted, which present the results of scientific research aimed at solving problems of important defense value, articles that contain new theoretical ideas, principles, concepts, models aimed at explaining certain phenomena and processes in the aviation industry and forecasting their development. Articles of practical content, which cover topical issues of state aviation, are also accepted for publication.
Manuscript volume - not less than 5 full sheets in Ukrainian or English.
A4 sheet format (21 × 29.7 cm).
Page parameters (deviations from the edge): left - 2.25 cm; right - 2.25 cm; top - 2 cm; bottom - 2.5 cm; dividing the page into 2 columns.
The main font of the article is Times New Roman, size 10 pt., line spacing (multiplier) - 1.1.
The scheme of registration of obligatory elements of articles
UDC – size 12 pt.
List of authors of the article – size 12 pt.
List of institutions where the authors work (name without abbreviations, city, country) – size 12 pt.
Article title (not more than 3 lines; without abbreviations) – Arial font, size 12 pt.
The title of the section of the article – Arial font, size 10 pt.
Abstract in the language of the main text of the article – size 10 pt.
Keywords in the language of the main text of the article – size 10 pt.
Article text (Introduction, Presentation of the main material, Conclusions) – size 10 pt.
References – size 9 pt.
At the end of the article it is indicated the date of its sending to the edition of the collection without paragraph indentation, aligned on the right edge (size – 10 pt, italic font).

Abstract to the article
The abstract to the article is performed in Ukrainian and English, must have a volume of at least 6 lines and reveal:
subject, topic and purpose of work;
method (methods) or methodology of research;
research results;
conclusions and scope of research results.
If the main language of the article is Ukrainian, the annotation in English should be extended and have a total length of at least 1800 characters, including keywords.

Formulas
The set of formulas and their components in the text of the article is carried out in the formula editors MS Equation or MathType. It is forbidden to use graphic objects, tables and the editor Formula Word 2007-2016 for a set of formulas.
In the "Size" menu / "Define" enter the following dimensions:
normal – 10 pt; large index – 8 pt; small index – 7 pt; large symbol – 14 pt; small symbol – 10 pt.
In the menu "Style" / "Define" fields "Text" and "Variable" – "Italic"; field “Vector-Matrix” – “Bold”.
It is forbidden to change the size of the created formulas in the text of the article.
The symbols used in the article (formulas, figures, tables and text) must be the same and typed in the formula editors MS Equation or MathType.
Tables
Tables should be prepared using the appropriate tool in Word, presented in a single block, not marked for hyphenation. The tables are numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. At the top they should have a short title consisting of the word “Table ...” with its ordinal number (in a separate line, without paragraph indentation, aligned on the right edge) and the table name (in a separate line, without paragraph indentation, aligned on center (size – 10 pt)). Notes to the table are given only in the text of the article. It is not advisable to use vertical inscriptions in columns.
Figures
Figures to the article are created in the Word editor or inserted into the text of the article using images (with a resolution of at least 300 dpi), image files [Author_Surname_1.JPG] must be submitted to the editor together with the electronic version of the article. Figures are signed at the bottom (in a separate line, without paragraph indentation, centered), marked with the word "Fig.", With its serial number (numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals) and indicate the name (explanatory note) of the figure (for example: Fig.1. Figure_name).
Figures and tables are placed after the first reference to them in the text (Fig. 1 or Table 1). Be sure to include the source of information after explanatory note of the figure or table. The following options are possible:
developed by the author (s);
developed by the author (s) according to [link number with page number];
[link number with page number].
References
It is issued in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 “Bibliographic reference: general provisions and rules of compilation”.
When making a list of references, the author must guarantee the validity of the cited sources and, if necessary, submit them to the editorial board. Self-citation of authors in the bibliography should not be more than 15%.
References may not include references to:
textbooks, Internet links to unofficial sites and forums;
more than 30% of references to materials of scientific conferences (seminars) and dissertations. It is most expedient to use other scientific works of the specified authors.
References are given in the text of the article in square brackets indicating the serial number of the bibliographic reference in the References and the page on which it contains the object of reference, between which a comma is placed, for example: [1, p.15] or [2, p.150-156; 3, p.7].
Information about the authors
The information about the authors in Ukrainian and English provides:
last name, first name and patronymic;
scientific degree, academic title, position;
the name of the institution where the author works, its location (city, country);
ORCID author account.
