The method of optimal selection of the aircraft operation system of the state aviation in combat conditions

Abstract

The article presents the views of the authors regarding the solution to the problem of the optimal choice of the system of operation of aviation equipment in the modern conditions of conducting combat operations, based on the main defined criteria that characterize these systems.
However, it is previously stated that the engineering and technical staff of aviation units must carry out the preparation and repair of aircraft in accordance with the current system of operation. However, military realities made significant adjustments to the process of both repairing and preparing aircraft for combat missions.
In particular, the problems are related to the rapid exhaustion of resource indicators in conditions of intensive hostilities, the loss of aircraft with a reserve of resource indicators and a significant number of aircraft entered into service that have exhausted their assigned and inter-repair resource indicators (“aircraft extended in the war condition”), which significantly number (10...15) years have not been exploited.
The main factors affecting the system of operating aircraft during combat operations are given, the main classical methods of multi-criteria evaluation are analyzed, the main theoretical principles of the ideal point method with weighting coefficients are revealed, calculations are carried out and the optimal version of the system of operation from a number of proposed ones is provided, based on the determinants ( their characterizing) parameters.
