Raising of problems. On the air ships of state aviation of Ukraine all more often there are cases of defects, rods of chimneys of undercarriage, steering machines and other component details of aggregates that have the galvanic chrome-plating and that it is impossible to renew a galvanic method related to deep corrosion of surface. A method of the hard chrome-plating is a method is widely used for providing corrosive resistance and wearproofness of sur-faces of details, but through carcinogenic activity to the hexavalent ion of chrome(Cr6+) in the process of produc-tion, works are intensively conducted in area of research of possibilities of replacement of chrome-plating the meth-ods of gas-thermal spraying (GТS) With the aim of proceeding in the surface of rods damaged it is suggested to consider application of technology of gas-thermal spraying deep corrosion for the details of aerotechics and re-placement of applied in their knots of operation of the galvanic chrome-plating, and also worked out SAE of rec-ommendation, what the stated in the standards of ARP5935, AMS2449. In the above-mentioned.Gas-thermal spraying, it is a methodology of applying coverage by heating, dispersing and transfer of active parts of sprayed material by a gas stream with forming a pin layer on the substrate. Unlike the galvanic chrome-plating technology, which needs large careening bones of unsalubrious and external environmental substances, GTS is an ecologically clean process. Except ecological aspects the processes of GTS have an advantage in the increase of tenure of employment of details simultaneously diminishing value of production. One from basic methodologies there is coverage on to the basic carbide of tungsten, that is widely used in industry for the increase of firmness of details to the wear and corrosion. High wearproofness of gas-thermal WC - Co - coverages provided by connection of WC as a hard constituent and Co as plastic binder.
